How CCD collects, uses and protects personal information shared through this website.
Who we are
This website is operated by CCD, 150 Lichfield Street, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand. You can contact us about privacy at hello@ccd.co.nz.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a capability statement, we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation and email address, the sector, discipline or development scope you select, and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location; it does not identify you by name.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to you, prepare any capability statement you ask for, and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell or rent your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it is held
Messages sent through this site are delivered to CCD’s email, which is hosted by Microsoft 365. The website is hosted by GoDaddy. These providers may store information on servers outside New Zealand; we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them for the purpose they were given, or as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email hello@ccd.co.nz and we will respond as soon as practicable.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
